Our Goal
Odessa MD is an internal medicine practice in Texas, specializing in primary care, pulmonology and aesthetics. They approached Rani PR to bring their business into the digital age and set them apart in a market that only saw traditional (and sometimes outdated) marketing methods.
Our Strategy
To start, we developed the client’s visual branding, brand voice & tone and overall messaging. After we established their branding, we started work on their digital presence — which included developing a polished yet user-friendly website, writing weekly medical blog posts, creating their social media channels and designing their marketing collateral.
Our Results
Once their online presence was established, we took over all aspects of brand reputation management. We updated all third-party review sites, responded to Google My Business reviews, pitched the internal medicine physician and family nurse practitioner for expert commentary articles and explored paid media opportunities (social ads, Zocdoc campaigns, local print advertisements, etc.). The result: a community-focused brand that attracted loyal, long-time patients!
