As a rapidly-growing haircare brand with a dedicated customer base, Bask & Bloom Essentials had successfully established their affiliate marketing, organic social media presence and brand ambassador program. But they needed an agency to breathe life into their PR strategy. To differentiate from their product-focused marketing strategy, we launched a PR campaign focused on the founder’s story and unique entrepreneurial journey. This campaign resulted in an increase in national brand awareness, industry credibility and brand loyalty among new & returning customers.

This Dallas-based business aimed to help people experience new cultures with their globally-inspired bread delivery service. They needed an agency to manage their launch from a PR perspective, which included media relations, influencer partnerships and a press preview event for their official introduction to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our efforts resulted in four major pieces of new coverage, 20 influencer partnerships, a successful brand launch event and new customer signups across North Texas.
